Drunken Penne
We are from Tucson, AZ, but Palm Desert and ROC's is the stop on our many travels to see family in Clovis, Ca. We have been eating at ROC's for at least 15 years. The menu is very familiar, but the Drunken Pasta is to die for! I have it almost every time we are there and it is the very best. I have had it at fancy, gourmet restaurants and they do not measure up. The sauce is a perfect blend of spices with a great tomato base. The ribs are also extremely good and highly recommended. My wife loves the wedge salad with salmon. The salmon is always tender, well flavored and perfectly cooked. The service is top notch! Always upbeat and friendly, accommodating. A small but excellent beer selection, as well as wine and liquor. You will never go wrong at ROC's! And even though the T- Shirt says it you do not have to stay back 400 feet.
Caesar
If your looking for something light and not heavy in your stomach try the Caesar salad with the grilled Salmon. The salad is chopped with excellent caesar salad dressing along with the grilled salmon that I ordered to have along with the salad. Never have been disappointed yet!!

An amazing-tasting burger with a great mixture of sweet and savory flavors paired with some fantastic crispy fries.
Baby Back Ribs
The service was great! Mary was attentive and delightful. We're definitely coming back! Love the Fire theme ?
ROC's Wedge
An amazing and filling salad with Roc's signature maple bacon, lots of blue cheese, tomatoes, and their homemade dressing. Roc's Wedge can be split easily by two diners (or you can be selfish like me and take half of it home to eat the following day!).
Southwest Chicken Chop
This salad is wonderful! One of the best I've ever had.
Italian Chop Chop Salad
The Ultimate Grilled Cheese$13.00 Dbl cream Brie, crispy prosciutto, sliced pear, homemade strawberry-jalapeno jam, artisan grilled cranberry-pumpkin seed bread. WAS THE BEST! i can't wait to go back when I am in the area! I am praying this is still a menu selection! perfect combination of everything yummy!
Drunken Penne
This pasta was fantastic, the sauce is amazing and a huge portion. Will definitely get again next time!
Italian Chop Chop Salad
I frequent ROC's and have been pleased with many different things on the menu - as well as the specials. My favorite has to be the Italian Chop Chop Salad. Always fresh and plenty to take home. Great food and service.
